Group transportation will be provided for you to and from the hotel in Arles. If you are not arriving in time to be on those transports, we can help you arrange your own taxi to the retreat center (at your cost).

"I had never attended a retreat before. I liked the art aspect of the retreat but also, the location, the fact it was going to be women and the aspect of individual growth. I was also looking at solo travelling and this offered a nice mix with some structure but freedom to explore. 

Exploring the possibilities of deep personal growth in a medieval village was incredible. Signs of renewal at many levels was evident while walking along the streets of the old village, while exploring a mystical chateau and cathedral, a few caves and cluseaux, chatting with local proud artisans. Everything was just perfect! 

I would recommend a retreat led by Maura for anyone searching to explore and to deepen their possibilities and personal growth.

Rooms are double occupancy. To upgrade to a single room there is an additional fee of $800.  There is a limited number of single rooms available.

*There are two payment options:
OPTION 1 PAY IN FULL: $4,000 CAD Double occupancy, OR $4,800 Single occupancy.

As a FREE Bonus for full payment, you will receive Maura's online program "Convert Chaos to Clarity" (value $397 USD). 

OPTION 2 PAYMENT PLAN: Pay your $500 CAD Deposit to secure your spot.  

First Payment $1,500 CAD is due 30 Days after initial deposit. Balance and final payment $2,000 CAD is due 30 days after 1st payment. If single occupancy is selected, the final payment is $2,800 CAD.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

The trip is non-refundable, from the deposit onwards. This is because we are required to pay deposits for the hotel, transportation, tours and so on, which will be based on sign-ups.

PLEASE purchase Comprehensive Travel Insurance AS SOON AS you begin paying for the trip! This will ensure that in any unforeseeable circumstances that would prevent you from travelling, you will be able to make a claim with your insurance provider.

If you find that you are unable to attend but YOU CAN FIND A REPLACEMENT for yourself (friend, relative, acquaintance, colleague), you may be refunded for your payments in this way.

IF there is a waiting list AND we are able to replace you with another participant, you would also be able to receive a refund.

Lastly, if the tour is cancelled your payments will be refunded.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee full refunds in the event of a Coronavirus lockdown or sudden travel restrictions. In such circumstances, we would hope to be able to offer the retreat at a later date. We will be following these developments very closely in the months leading up to our departure time. We will do everything in our power to pre-empt any issue that is Coronavirus-related, by cancelling the tour if there is any instability in the travel industry in the months and weeks leading up to our Retreat.

Such a decision would be made in consultation by the Tour Leader, Tour Planner and our Travel Agency in conjunction with the Hotel and other suppliers, with a view to offering you the very best protection possible with respect to the novel Coronavirus.

Of course we will be complying with any restrictions still in place in June 2021 as far as circulating throughout our itinerary - you will be fully apprised of those conditions prior to and throughout your stay. You are guaranteed at the Hotel and with our privately contracted transport and our tour providers, full compliance with any restrictions and guidelines with respect to your health and safety on the trip.

Please Note:

You will be required to provide Proof of Travel Insurance prior to departure.  

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

Any cancellation on you part will result in a loss of your $500 CAD deposit. Cancellations made between August 15 and Sept. 30th, 2020 will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price. Any cancellation made between Sept. 30th, 2020 and the trip departure will result in a total loss of funds. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so your deposit is refunded in full). We reserve the right to determine if you are not a good fit for this trip (if we do so your deposit will be refunded in full). Should the exchange rate vary more than 5%, price is subject to change. Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. 

We reserve the right to change the hotel.  However, you are guaranteed a hotel of equal or greater quality.

Documentation Requirements: A valid passport is required; if you are travelling on a non Canadian passport, please check your requirements for entry.  If travel is in 2022, an ETIAS visa is required.

Please note that entry to another country may be refused even if the required information and travel documents are complete.

A valid passport is required with an expiration date at least 6 months greater than the intended return date.
